1st Annual Conference of the Financial Studies Department, “Victor Slăvescu” Centre for Financial and Monetary Research

The conference committee invites authors to submit manuscripts reporting original, unpublished research and recent developments in the financial field, which are not under review in any other conference or journal. All accepted full papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN.
We are inviting submissions of both theoretical and empirical research papers related to the following main topics:

Monetary economics
Financial and banking institutions
Financial stability
Macroeconomic policies
Economic and financial integration
Regional trends
Fiscal developments
Personal and corporate finance
Environmental finance

A Best Paper Award will be given to an outstanding paper presented at the conference.

Important Dates and Deadlines:

Submission deadline full paper: May 10, 2016
Acceptance notification: May 20, 2016
Camera ready due: June 5, 2016
Conference: June 16, 2016

Registration Fee:
There is no registration fee for the Conference participation.

Submission guidelines
All submissions will be peer reviewed by the conference committee based on their originality, significance, methodological soundness, and clarity of exposition.

Submissions (full papers) must be written in English and should be in doc or docx formats. They must follow the instructions from the template file. Full papers length must not exceed 15 pages (A4 size), incorporating all text, references, figures and tables.
